Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During holidays, markets, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

• $10 Flat Rate Shipping on orders under $80 CAD
• Free Shipping on orders of $80 CAD or more (before taxes and after discounts)

Shipping rates apply to orders within Canada unless otherwise stated.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment. Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email with pickup instructions.

Delivery Times

After your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and destination. While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, Canvas & Calm Apothecary is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
